Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from Aug 18, 2026, until the end of Feb 2027

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting Group Marketing operations, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives, and digital projects led by the Group Digital team. Key duties also include contributing to data analytics, market analysis reporting, and providing administrative assistance to the Group Marketing & Business Development division. This position will report to the Group Marketing & Business Development Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day Group Marketing activities, campaign coordination, and managing customer experience projects.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand HQ to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives.

• Support planning and implementation of internal employee engagement activities (e.g., Townhall, monthly newsletter).

• Provide administrative and operational support for CSR programs conducted via VWGK's non-profit foundation to improve corporate reputation.

• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting CSR activities.

• Update, review and analyze the predefined sales/marketing data set, conduct QA weekly/monthly dashboards in Power BI / Amazon QuickSight and share the result with VWGK stakeholders and brand HQ.

• Support planning and implementation of internal employee engagement activities (e.g. Townhall, monthly newsletter).

• Provide adminsitrative support for Group MKT&BD (including CSR)

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of Aug 18, 2026
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
