Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from August 18, 2025, until the end of February 2026

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily parts logistics operations of inventory control & parts purchase as well as sales distribution and customer care / communication. This position will report to Parts Supply Chain & Pricing Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the process administration of overall import/export procedure.
• Support customer inquiries regarding Parts Back orders & communicate with HQ to seek solutions.
• Parts & accessories special order placement & Inventory management.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for the efficient warehouse processes.

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of August 18, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
• Perform together as one team by treating each other with trust and respect, as well as contributing own skills and perspectives.
