Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from August 18, 2025, until the end of February 2026

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting data analytics and reporting, digital projects led by Group Digital team, and to provide administrative assistance to the Group Marketing & Business Development division. This position will report to Group Marketing & Business Development Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide required assistance to strategic digital projects driven by Group Digital Team to support overall project management activities.
• Upload master data and template to various tools such as QuickSight and Power BI to analyze collected business data, generate reports, and share the results with both internal stakeholders at VWGK and the brand HQ. When necessary, develop user manuals to facilitate the effective use of these tools.
• Support Group MKT in terms of preparing for internal employee meetings.
• Support Group MKT in terms of CSR activities conducted via VWGK's non-profit foundation.
• Conduct desk research on topics as required to find useful insight.
• Provide administrative support for Group Marketing & Business Development team.

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of August 18, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
