Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from August 18, 2025, until the end of February 2026

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for the experience & support overall AS monthly dealer claim operation, Audi network and aftersales business including AS product, marketing, customer care, network development, dealer management and sales training. This position will report to Head of Audi Network & Aftersales.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting for Daily and Weekly performance & progress update
• Supporting AS Product & Marketing business
• Supporting customer satisfaction enhancement activities
• Supporting CCC operation and VOC report
• Supporting Network development project, business management task, and sales training task & program
• Operating dealer monthly claims process 
• Dealer communication and VWGK internal process 

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of August 18, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
