Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from February 17, 2025 until the end of August 2025

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting Marketing/ PR activities in order to enhance brand/ product awareness, positive brand image and various brand experiences. This position will report to Volkswagen (VW) Marketing & Communications Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with VW Korea social channel's contents planning and operation, including weekly/ daily posting, Global Marketing DB asset search, response on DM inquiry, etc.
• Support/ Contribute to brand and product communication activities by competitor monitoring on social channel, studying digital/ social trend and insights, and gathering information on digital Ads campaign.
• Collect data for preliminary planning to support PR, and assist in writing of the result report for future reference.
• Support PR & Experience Marketing team from document preparation to sealing/ mailing in order to improve the work efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for guest receptions, meetings scheduling/ reservation for efficient time management.

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of February 17, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
