Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from February 17, 2025 until the end of August 2025

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting warranty claim settlement and dealing with inquiries related to warranty repairs. This position will report to Head of Warranty.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in dealers on warranty inquiry, including warranty claim rejection, manufacturer code inquiry to HQ, special goodwill approval, etc.
• Monitor the submitted warranty claim and investigate the reason behind.
• Communicate with HQ on special tool warranty.
• Support claim quality improvement process by administering excessive TU (Time unit) detection, time comparison with order receipt date, compliance status check, etc.
• Update/ Release warranty KPI reports to dealers.
• Provide administrative support for monthly account closing.

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of February 17, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
