Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from February 17, 2025 until the end of August 2025

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the daily parts logistics operations of inventory control and parts purchase, as well as dealer supports on parts distribution. This position will report to Parts Supply Chain & Pricing Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Volkswagen Regional Aftersales (VRAS) team to smoothly maintain regional parts distribution center for Parts Supply Chain switch while maintaining best tax benefit ratio.
• Support customer inquiries regarding parts back orders, and communicate with HQ to seek solutions.
• Administer parts/ accessories special order placement and inventory management.
• Support/ Liaise with Warehouse Manager to ensure warehouse process efficiency.

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of February 17, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
