Employment Type: Intern – direct contract with Volkswagen Group Korea

Duration: 6 months from February 17, 2025 until the end of August 2025

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting data analytics/ reporting and the digital projects implemented under the Group Digital team and providing administrative assistance for the Group Marketing & Business Development team. This position will report to Group Marketing & Business Development Director.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide required assistance to strategic digital projects implemented by Group Digital Team to support overall project management.
• Upload master data and template on various tools such as Power BI and QuickSight to analyze business data collected and report the outcome to stakeholders within VWGK as well as brand HQ and develop user manuals to support easy use of the tools.
• Support Group Marketing in terms of preparing for internal employee meetings.
• Support Group Marketing in terms of CSR activities conducted via VWGK's non-profit foundation.
• Conduct desk research on topics as required to find useful insight.
• Provide administrative support for Group Marketing & Business Development team.

Qualification & Ideal Profile:

• Current university students who completed at least 5 semesters or recent graduates within a year
• Able to work 6 months from the week of February 17, 2025
• Excellent communication skills – fluency in Korean & English is essential
• Proficient in MS Office
