Job Summary:

To provide legal support in the following areas; (1) general operational business of a brand (either VW or Audi) including, without limitaiton, support for contract execution, legal advice for various brand operational issues; (2) supervision of legal matters relating to Korean Fair Trade Commission (i.e. anti-trust regulations); (3) supervision of data protection regulations (PIPA regulations); (4) managing general commercial litigations; (5) support for other legal matters at the instruction of Chief Legal Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide general operational business of a Volkswagen/Audi brands, including support for contract execution, and legal advice for various brand operational issues

• Supervise legal matters in realtion to Korean Fair Trade Commission (i.e. anti-trust regulations) and data protection (PIPA) regulations
• Manage general commercial litigations by working with the outisde lawfirm for court process and coordinating with relevant business department
• Support Chief Legal Officer for other general corporate legal issues and coordinating with HQ for group related legal matters 

Requirement/Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant legal practice (law firm or in-house counsel)
• J.D. in law (or Certified Korean Attorney (한국변호사)) is a must 
• Substantial knowledge of general corporate laws is required
• Substantial knowledge of anti-trust regulations and/or data protection regulations is preferred
