The incumbent will be responsible for business development & process (including reporting of service activities, charging infrastructure and e-equipment) in aftersales business. He/she will take responsibilities about development of after sales business in order to maximize not only profit opportunities in retailers, but also aftersales/service quality improvements in national wise. Also focus on consulting & supporting field forces on new initiatives and improvements within existing processes as special matter expert.

• Define features, programs, processes & improvements for white spots and threats / weaknesses and translate into requirements, implement or improve for special topics in the market
• Consolidate importer and dealer requirements from business developers
• Translate & adjust national questionnaires / evaluations, approval with OEM brand division
• Audit planning, execution & reporting
• Communication with & steering of local providers or Field Forces
• Adaption, update & publishing of national service process based on holistic Customer Journey & brand guidelines
• Ensure access of retail partner's employees to platforms including Rights & Roles model
• Administration and filling of CASIS system including Data Quality / Plausibility Check

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required, MBA or business-related Master's degree preferred
• Fluent English & Korean required
• Min. 10 years of Sales / Marketing / Aftersales business in automotive industry or retail sales industry required
• Thorough understanding of aftersales business operation in imported car industry required
• Basic knowledge of accounting required
• High level of computer literacy (basic database and MS Office) required
• High level of SAP or AS digitalization knowledge preferred
