Job Summary:

This incumbent will be responsible for supporting dealer service quality and profitable turnover and for ensuring that customers are provided appropriate levels of repair service and satisfaction for his/her allocated dealers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and guide dealer service managers on effective and efficient business practices
• Monitor dealers’ service quality to customer
• Generate parts & accessories sales to dealers (Genuine parts, Genuine Accessories, Oil, Tire, Nora etc.)
• Monitor fulfillment of yearly sales and performance targets (parts, accessories, quality etc.)
• Maintain a supportive, professional and respectful business relationship with all dealer staff.
• Implement and monitor locally mandated HQ standards and processes.
• Plan CEM and 1~3 Stars performance, analysis and plan countermeasures when necessary.
• Plan dealer bonus program and conclude target agreement with dealer
• Hold regular meetings with service managers and dealer staff to counsel on best practice and receive feedback on the state of the business/market
• Report on regular visits to dealers and parse relevant issues in a weekly or monthly reporting plan.

Requirement/Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration preferred
• Min. 5 years in Automotive and Aftersales Industry required
• Fluent English required
• Expert-level knowledge of aftersales business operation required
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications required
