The Digital Application Specialist is responsible for deploying technical solutions, managing projects, drive change and transform strategic management initiatives into action and driving automation and digitalization of VWGK business processes (ie. Mobile solutions, RPA).

• Manage IT projects related to Local and Group processes according to agreed rollout plans
• Develop and rollout innovative group or local applications in support of VWGKs digital transformation
• Build up data flow process to manage high-quality data
• Analyze business situation and initiate IT projects
• Work with Business to increase application of leading edge technologies & conceptualize implementation of latest digital trends in IT
• Setup & manage Data Management capabilities such as Master Data Management, Data Access Management etc. to support company’s digital capabilities including Analytics and Data Mart infrastructure

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in General IT application development required
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT project & quality management required
• High level of experiences in e-Commerce and Mobile Solutions required
• Good Understanding of Business process & needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science-related major required, Computer Science-related master degree preferred
• Fluent English & Korean required, German preferred
